- Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.
- Apply design standards, industry guidelines, research results, and best
- Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment.
- Leverage presentation skills to communicate and share design rationale.
- Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

- Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to communicate ideas and rationales
- Basic understanding of industry and discipline standards
- Excellent time and issue management skills
- Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas

- Proficiency in applicable software applications
- English language fluency

- Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams
- Familiarity with engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
